What do I need to bring?

Come as you are in your activewear. It gets hot outside so hats, sunscreen and a bottle of water are key. Let us know when booking if you do not have your own mat- we have mats.

Can I pay on the day?

A booking is secured only by payment. We prioritise paid bookings due to space and catering constraints, and any payment made on the day will incur an additional R25.00 fee, provided the session is not sold out.

Can I transfer/refund my ticket?

Any bookings cancelled 7 days prior or more will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled 3 days prior or more will only eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed therafter. Note that only one transfer to the month following your booking is permissible, i.e., if you have booked for a March date, then only one transfer to an April date is permissible.
